What We Do

We manage the product path—not just the purchase order.

UCHANGE connects the decisions that define a product with the people and stages required to deliver it.

01

Product Development

A viable product begins with a useful specification. We help clarify the use, materials, dimensions, decoration, packaging, budget context, timing, and acceptance requirements needed to move from idea to sample.

02

Sourcing & Partner Selection

We work through an Asia-based network of independent manufacturing partners. For each program, we evaluate fit across capability, method, material, scale, timing, communication, and quality requirements.

03

Sampling & Change Control

We coordinate the sample process, consolidate feedback, document changes, and establish the approved physical or documented reference for production.

04

Manufacturing Coordination

We connect the approved requirements to the selected manufacturing partner, coordinate milestones, surface exceptions, and maintain responsibility for the commercial path.

05

Quality Control

Quality is defined before it is inspected. We align review criteria with the approved specification and establish practical checkpoints before release.

06

Packaging & Kitting

We coordinate the details that make the final product usable: individual packaging, labels, inserts, multi-product kits, presentation, and shipment preparation.

07

Logistics & Delivery

We coordinate shipment readiness and delivery requirements through the final handoff. Service scope and delivery terms are defined for each project.
