Supplier Expectations

Accurate information
Manufacturing partners are expected to provide accurate information about capabilities, materials, processes, capacity, subcontracting, timing, and exceptions.
Approved requirements
Products must follow the approved specification, sample, material, packaging, labeling, testing, and shipment requirements. Changes require documented approval before implementation.
Quality and records
Partners should maintain appropriate production and quality records, cooperate with agreed review or inspection activities, and respond promptly to corrective-action requests.
Subcontracting
Work must not be moved to an unapproved facility or subcontractor when approval is required by the project or agreement.
Lawful and ethical conduct
Partners are expected to comply with applicable laws and agreed labor, health and safety, environmental, anti-bribery, confidentiality, and intellectual-property requirements.
Escalation
Any issue affecting specification, safety, quality, quantity, timing, packaging, documentation, or delivery must be escalated early enough for informed action.
