Last reviewed: August 29, 2026. This notice applies to information handled through the UCHANGE corporate website and public project-inquiry process.
Information you provide
When you start a project or contact UCHANGE, we may receive your name, work email, company, region, project requirements, quantities, timing, destinations, and other information you choose to provide.
Direct public inquiry path
The public project form is intended for organizations buying for their own business programs. UCHANGE does not currently provide a public intermediary or partner intake path. If you are acting for another organization, do not use the public form or ordinary email to submit a client identity, client lists, unnecessary third-party contact details, payment details, confidential specifications, proprietary files, or sensitive or regulated information.
Inquiry source context
During the current browser-tab session, the website uses sessionStorage to keep a bounded first landing path, referring website origin, UTM values, and advertising click identifiers such as gclid or msclkid when they are present. When a project form is displayed and submitted, the current page path is added to the project brief separately. The session record does not contain the name, email, company, project description, destination, consent choice, or server-generated lead reference entered or created for an inquiry.
The accepted source context is sent with the project brief so UCHANGE can connect an inquiry to the relevant page or campaign and assess which routes produce relevant business inquiries. Do not place personal or confidential information in page URLs, campaign parameters, or advertising identifiers.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to assess project fit, respond to your request, coordinate next steps, protect the website from abuse, understand inquiry source at a bounded level, and maintain appropriate business records. Submitting the project form does not itself request marketing messages.
Service providers and delivery
Cloudflare Pages hosts the website. Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect automated or abusive submissions and may process an IP address and request-security signals for that check. Resend is used to transmit a project brief after it passes the form and security checks, and UCHANGE receives it in a business mailbox hosted by NetEase/163. Cloudflare, Resend, and the mailbox provider may process the information reasonably needed to perform those services under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the inquiry, legal requirements, and legitimate business records. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
